My practice is based on the idea that physical and mental health are intertwined.
A fitness journey can be emotionally transformative, too.
And sometimes movement puts us in touch with feelings from our past or present that need to be explored.
When I became physically active, my whole life changed, and I longed for guidance from someone wiser who understood the process.
I have created this service to offer the guidance I wish I’d had.
Making space for movement and conversation allows us to explore all aspects of your experience: the way the physical and the emotional interact, and whatever one might unlock in the other.
Holistic wellbeing with me means two session per week.
Our weekly movement sessions will help you (re)connect with your body and work towards your fitness and health goals, whether that’s building strength, improving flexibility, cultivating ease of movement, or anything else you might want to achieve.
Our weekly talking sessions create opportunities to process anything you might want to bring, which may or may not be related to your physicality.
