Why holistic wellbeing matters

My practice is based on the idea that physical and mental health are intertwined.

A fitness journey can be emotionally transformative, too.

And movement can put us in touch with feelings from our past or present that need to be explored.

When I became physically active, it changed my whole life.

I wished for guidance from someone who truly understood the journey. I needed help navigating shifts in body image, my newly discovered competitive side, the challenge of taking up space, and the experience of becoming stronger than ever.

That’s why I created this service: to provide expert support combining movement and conversation. Together, we can explore how your physical and emotional experiences interact, and how one can unlock insights in the other.

How holistic wellbeing works

Holistic wellbeing with me usually involves two sessions per week: one movement session and one talking session.

  • Weekly movement sessions help you reconnect with your body, improve strength and flexibility, and make progress toward your fitness goals.

  • Weekly talking sessions provide a safe space to process anything you wish to explore, whether or not it’s related to your physicality.

This integrated approach brings together the benefits of counselling and personal training, and supports lasting growth, resilience, and balance in both mind and body.
