My coaching is personalised and draws on resistance training, yoga and somatic practices to ensure that it meets your individual needs.

Your experience will be key to the process: it’s not just about performance or looks, but how you feel in your body.

Results are important, but we’ll work to make the journey enjoyable too, so you can make sustainable changes.

I also have a keen interest in nutrition, so if you wish, I can give you guidance on creating a nourishing diet that serves you well.

We will start where you are and work from there, whether it’s towards feeling your body more, performing your first push-up, or getting your pull-ups into double digits.
